The JW-100A rail-mounted inspection robot is designed for inspection scenarios with explosion-proof requirements such as coal mines and coal conveyor trestles. It replaces on-site personnel to perform various patrols, inspections, early warning and other tasks, significantly cutting labor costs while boosting inspection efficiency and coverage.

Intelligent Video Analysis
Equipped with a pan-tilt camera, the inspection robot monitors the entire patrol area and detects abnormal conditions. The pan-tilt supports infinite 360° horizontal rotation to deliver dead-angle-free surveillance.
Fully Automatic Intelligent Precision Temperature Measurement
Powered by proprietary image preprocessing technology and advanced meter detection & reading recognition algorithms, the robot can automatically read indicator lights and other instruments with an overall recognition accuracy of over 96%.
Innovative Fully Autonomous Recharging Technology
To address the difficulty of automatic alignment during charging for outdoor robots, an innovative wireless charging structure is adopted to greatly simplify the charging process.
Intelligent Audio Analysis Technology
Built on far-field sound pickup and intelligent audio analysis technology, the system enables intelligent diagnosis of the operating health status of equipment in equipment rooms.
Environmental Sensors
The system identifies and monitors common and hazardous gases in the environment, and conducts real-time monitoring and early warning of indoor temperature, humidity and PM2.5 levels. It currently supports detection of dozens of gases including sulfur hexafluoride, carbon dioxide, methane, hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide.
