JWA13-EX On-board Explosion-proof Miniature Acoustic Camera
This specialized device employs a microphone array to measure sound field distribution within a designated range. It can pinpoint sound source locations and characterize sound radiation status, presenting intuitive visual outputs via cloud maps — a technology known as acoustic imaging measurement.
Integrated with sound acquisition, image capture and visualized sound source localization capabilities, it enables visual inspection and diagnosis of equipment faults. Featuring compact size and lightweight design, the camera can be mounted on all types of inspection robots to greatly enhance robot-based inspection solutions.
Supporting both audible sound and ultrasonic frequency bands, it delivers functions including sound source localization, abnormal sound testing, and sound source trajectory tracking. It achieves superior detection performance for steady-state or highly transient sound sources, as well as stationary and moving objects. Its primary application scenarios cover high-pressure gas leakage detection and partial discharge detection of power equipment.
